Bloody rivers, the earth's soaked with spilled life
Filled with hate, takes love, and refills with ice Cold hearted
No logic, bullets stray with no targets
Food for thought they need food but bullets spray through markets
The trigger happy soul so heartless
How would Darfur be if we all thought like humanitarians
Blinded by materials so instead, we think like barbarians
Taking advantage of what countries see less of
Kids with less love, who we demean when they mess up!
No inspiration, so its easier to fail, than fly
No hope, so kids think they'll fall if they try
A self esteem dies when it rest behind bars
No freedom, no one listens, so they fight for their own reasons
Released, they dont qualify for a job, so they gotta rely
On alternate routes, and more demons they gotta defy!
But hey, thats just a day in the life!
