They say a picture says more than a thousand words
Then picture me amongst these thousand birds
Cuz birds don’t fuss and fight over minor things
What I wouldn’t give to trade my arms for their wings
Flying freely without a care in the universe
What I wouldn’t give to trade my life for theirs
Soaring effortlessly in the night sky
What I wouldn’t give for a chance 2 fly
See it doesn’t matter to them they fly in any sorts of weather
Across countries and continents some heavy some light as a feather
Some strong some weak
Some of them even speak
Birds come and go don’t call a particular place their home
Their found everywhere from Cape Town 2 Rome
And they seldom found alone often fly in groups
Flying in perfect formation as if they were trained troops
Unlike they know when 2 open and close their beak
If a picture says more than a thousand words , then why speak ?
