I reminisce of days gone by

Remembering you gentle words and thinking that our love would never die

Dreaming of a future together

Telling me that I would remain in your heart forever

In my eyes, you were the one I had always dreamed of

Making plans and promises, thinking that this was true love

Then all of a sudden, you disappeared without a word

I felt my world falling apart powerless to do a thing

Being hopeful each time the phone rang

Regardless of what has happened I still love you
